COREVYO - VIDEOS / FOUNDATIONS

Athletic Neutral Sequence

The Athletic Neutral position is a stable for optimizing your movement patterns. Focus on maintaining the correct position and alignment of your trunk and limbs throughout the movement.

Squat Sequence

Sustain smooth and controlled transitions from down to up within the squat movement. Maintain your Athletic Neutral position throughout the transition. Increase the demand by doing eccentric and isometric squats, changing speeds and even adding a jump squat.

Lunge Sequence

Maintain balanced weight between your front and back legs and hip/pelvic position while transitioning from down to up within the lunge movement. Increase the demand by doing eccentric and isometric lunges or by changing the speed.

Lateral Step Sequence

This is a fundamental dynamic movement, ensure you maintain your Athletic Neutral position and use a Core-PAC movement strategy. Increase demand by changing speeds and angles of resistance from the CoreVYO.

Step-Up Sequence

The stance leg should become fully extended, while the flexed hip of the other leg comes to at least 90 degrees (knee drive). Increase the demand by doing eccentric and isometric raises, changing speeds and with a 1-leg hop.

Walking Lunges

Maintain balanced weight between your front and back legs and hip/pelvic position while transitioning from forward to back within the lunge movement. Increase the demand by doing eccentric and isometric lunges or by changing speeds.
